The Pub and Restaurant are open to the public
The Black Friar Inn has the look and feel of a quaint bed and breakfast, with a funky atmosphere that is inviting to all! Six guest rooms sit atop a cozy English pub and small restaurant. We have one of the smallest staffs in Bar Harbor and always welcome our guests as family. Whether you’re enjoying the sun on the roof deck, sipping tea or cocktails by the fire place, having an intimate dinner in our pub, or checking out the game on the 42" flat screen TV, you will enjoy your time with us. Whether your stay is simply an hour, an evening or an entire week, we look forward to your visit!
